The smocked chasuble dress is an essential. This "Marin" model sports a blue and white striped fabric horizontal in a sailor style, also existing with vertical stripes. This sleeveless dress has a fully smocked and hand-embroidered bust and a ribbon to tie at the back, it falls just above the knee and gives this effect "princess dress" effect when your kids are spinning.
